I have been building wooden boats on the Coast of Maine since 1946. But I'm retired now. That's why I'm selling all of my real estate on the shore in Southwest Harbor.

If you want to build some boats, this is a fine boat building facility with a deep-water dock right on the water. Just to be clear, you should know that I'm not selling my business -- the business retired when I did. The sale is just for my long-time home on Clark Point, as well as the boat-shop buildings -- the original building and wharf, plus two large boat shops, and my office and studio.

Here's the detail on the buildings: The boat-building shop is 30'x50', for 1,500 square feet. There's also a big boat-storage building that covers 1,890 square feet, and has a DEP-approved materials storage locker. There's also a large, solid wharf, with two wooden marine railways plus deep-water pier and floating dock. As I mentioned before, this offering also includes my long-time family home just a few minutes' walk to beautiful downtown Southwest Harbor, Maine.
